By using this site, customer confirmed his acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. 1. REGISTRATION:

1.1. To access and use our Services, customer must register for a DOSA express account by providing his Full Name, Current Address, Phone Number, A valid E-mail address, and any others information indicated as required. Pita & Burger Cafe may reject your applications for an account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole considerations.

1.2. You acknowledged that your provided information e.g.- Name, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail Address is valid and not intend to make any deception indicated.

1.3. Customer acknowledged that DOSA express will use customer’s E-mail address/Mobile Number provided on opening an account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method to communicate with you.

1.4. Please use a secure password to avoid unwanted misunderstanding. DOSA express cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from customer’s failure to maintain the security of his account and password.

1.5. An infringement or violation of any term in The Terms & Conditions as determined in the sole consideration of DOSA express may result in an immediate termination of customer’s registrations. 

1.6. As a customer you do not have any permission to carry out multiple Accounts. For any duplicate identification, account will be terminated due to false information submission.

1.7. When customer completes his registration process from that time his account is nontransferable. Only account holder can terminate his account. 

1.8. As a customer you may Update / Edit your Personal / Contact information or may terminate your account at any time through the site (If you do not have Pending Orders). 

1.9. If any customer uses official or workplace Identification to open an account (Such as: E-mail address, Delivery address etc.) that is the sole responsibility from the account creator to comply with the Terms, Conditions, policies and official protocols. 

1.10. User Access, Placing Order of products through this site is an agreement between customer and DOSA express. That’s indicating you are agreeing and will comply with all terms and conditions. 

2. ORDER:

2.1. Customer may order through our site By Category, Brand, Individual product, and many latest features. Which will enrich customer’s shopping experience with DOSA express.

2.2. For Any products customer place order to us that delivery will be subject to available in Stock. 

2.3. When customer place order online, DOSA express will send confirmation about customer’s details order and will confirm that we have received it on your primary contact point (E-mail, SMS and Phone Call ETC.) Customer will be needed to inform us immediately if customer found any incorrectness on the details. 

2.4. After ordering, customer’s delivery will be considered as a priority for DOSA express. And DOSA express will deliver customer’s products as on capacity and availability. If customer’s required service/goods not available we will let customer know and talk about that issue.

2.5. Customer will be needed to submit order as DOSA express Standard Ordering System. Ordering Method will be modified by DOSA express Authority. If any changes happen it will be notified through the site.

2.6. Ordering through DOSA express has an “International User Operations” guideline which will be very friendly to customers.

2.7. Before ordering please confirm your products specifications, when order is placed customer’s ordered product will be considered as a confirmed order. 

2.8.DOSA express may ask for other details as required for ordering confirmations. And customers are agreed that customer will provide it time to time.

2.9. While paying in Online Gateway or Another digital mode of payment please ensure sufficient balance to make the payment done.

2.10. On the confirmation details customer will find the necessary details of customer’s order (such as Products Details, Amount, Payment and Quantity ETC.)

2.11. As a regular customer of DOSA express ordering goods should be not intended to resale or not an agent of another party.

2.12. We have vast amounts and ranges of products it may possible that some products are only suitable for a certain range of aged people. So while ordering please keep an attention about that.

2.13.DOSA express is ensuring customer about ordering and payment privacy as per its dynamic cyber security system.

2.14. Please be sure about our ordering terms and maintain website’s manners.

2.15. If any customer wants to change his order, she/he has to inform DOSA express before 10am of the scheduled delivery date.

3. DELIVERY:

3.1. After confirming the order, we will deliver the product within 48 hours.

3.2. If any customer changes his registered address, s/he shall update the delivery address before placing any new order.  

3.3. If any order is not received within the scheduled delivery time, please call our “Customer/Member Support Department” with the Order Number. We will inform you about delivery status.

3.4. If customer are not present on delivery time at registered address and forget to update his current address, customer are liable to pay delivery charge again for delivering goods in the new address.

3.5. On delivery time, please check your every ordered item carefully. When delivery is done DOSA express will not be liable for any damage or any lose happened after delivery.

3.6. If any customer orders Perishable goods (Fresh Fish, Meat, Fruits, Vegetables, Loose Commodities ETC.) our policy is no return, no exchange and no refund.

3.7. If any customer’s delivery address is in limited access area, customer is liable to take access permission, protocol ETC from concern authority.

3.8. If Customer (User Account Holder) is not present on delivery address, Customer’s representative must ensure his/her identity that they are the authorized person to get the delivery.

3.9. Customer can track delivery system anytime through our website.

4. CANCELLATION:

4.1. DOSA express reserved the authority of accepting or canceling any order in any time for valid reason. Based on Availability, Pricing Error, Description mistake ETC.

4.2. DOSA express will follow up unverified order, and will try to contact with customer for confirmation. If there is no response from counterpart, the order will be automatically cancelled (as per authority’s given timeline).

4.3. If any unwanted mistake happened for wrong delivery by Wholesale club like Damaged Getup, wrong product ETC. We will adjust that at our won cost.

5. PAYMENT:

5.1. After placing order, Customer shall pay through online payment gateway or any other method of payment as prescribed. 

5.2. DOSA express accepts payments using Visa card, MasterCard, American Express credit cards BKash and many more.

5.3. Online transaction on DOSA express is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We uses SSL COMMERZ  encryption technology to protect customer’s card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

6. REFUND/SALES RETURN/EXCHANGE:

6.1. DOSA express reserve the right to accept or cancel the order due to product unavailability, product weight, wrong product description, price variance or for any other reason. If customer want to exchange anything from confirmed order, he/she will inform us with reference of the order number before 10 am of the scheduled delivery date.

6.2. Customer could exchange non-perishable products if damaged/broken products are delivered by DOSA express. Customer shall take necessary measures to check quality, order quantity and delivered quantity and product condition of the delivered products at the time of delivery. After taking delivery by customer, DOSA express will not be responsible for any damage. Moreover, if any customer feels to raise his/her concern about any issued then will communicate with us by phone/text within the delivery date.

6.3. DOSA express policy for all perishable items (Like: Dosa, Dahi Phuchka, Uttapam, Chola Bhatora etc.) is no return no exchange. 

6.5. For exchanging of any delivered products, customer needs to comply with DOSA express Operating Procedure. If customer is eligible to get exchange or replacement then the delivered product must be in original wrapped/unused/unwashed in any circumstances.

7. PRICING:

7.1. All prices are approximate, current store/body price will be applicable for all products. For any changes, customer will get a call from our Customer Service Department.

7.2. Customers total order amount, Order Quantity and other details will be shown in our website. If any mismatch found please let us know/ please call our Customer Service Department.

7.3. Prices of each product are analyzed and reviewed by our Category Management Team. DOSA express is reserved all authority to alter or modify price at any time.

8. PROMOTIONS:

8.1. DOSA express ensures customer’s flexibility and comfort. Always we do practice Promotional Programs.

8.2. To keep update our customers on our promotions DOSA express designed the special Offer/Promotion segment. Customer can reach all at one click.

8.3. DOSA express Authority preserves right to change/Stop/Postpone promotions or offer without prior notice.

9. GENERAL FAQs:

9.1. All transaction with this website will be in BDT (Bangladeshi TAKA).

9.2. DOSA express is very careful about information. If any misunderstanding occurs please feel free to call our Customer Service Department.

9.3. DOSA express will not be liable for any kind of virtual damages such as virus attack on your device, contamination of devices. Because DOSA express have a strong cyber security systems to get protection from them.

9.4. What we deliver through DOSA express Website is only for domestic use/personal consumption. We do not take any liability about- indirect lose, consequential loss, and loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property or loss from claims.

9.5. DOSA express has taken all kind of action against Internet Fraud, third party data scrapping ETC.

9.6. These Terms and Conditions may change/modify anytime without prior notice.

9.7. Do not use any automated system or software to avoid misunderstanding with both parties.

9.8. Do not collect any business related data from our website. DOSA express will terminate any account immediately if this type of incident found.

9.9. Our Terms and Conditions and our Agreement should be followed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
